More specifically, we may ask you to provide the following data about you: a) Information that you provide by filling in forms on DENSO AFTERMARKET and DENSO ROBOTICS websites, ‘our websites’. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Site, or completing contact forms requesting further services related to our products (e.g. repair order form or other contact forms). We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our website; b) If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence; c) We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them. d) Details of transactions you carry out through our Site and of the fulfilment of your orders; e) When you visit our website(s) we may automatically collect information about your computer, including your IP address, information about your visit, your browsing history, and how you use our website. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
1. We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
- When we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you

DENSO has concluded strict agreements in these countries (Standard Contractual Clauses) in order to ensures the protection of your personal informations in these countries. By submitting your personal information, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy disclaimer. DENSO has also concluded strict agreements wit all parties processing personal information on its behalf. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access. All information you provide to DENSO is stored on secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your information we use for HR/hiring purposes will be kept with us for a maximum of 6 months or shorter if you notify us that you no longer wish us to keep this information. In all cases, we will never keep your information longer that strictly necessary under (national or EU) law or for the execution of the activities and obligations arising form the contract.
WHAT WE WOULD ALSO LIKE TO DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you already are a Client, we would like to use your name and email address to inform you of our future offers and similar products. This information is not shared with third parties except and is not meant for other purposes. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal information for marketing purposes.
